How we handle information submitted through this website.

This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle inquiry information when you contact Axiom Code Studio Inc.

Plain-language policy

Focused on inquiries, not legal filler.

This policy is intentionally limited to the information handled by this website and normal business communication.

Who We Are

This privacy policy explains how Axiom Code Studio Inc. collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through this website.

For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests, contact us at info@axiomcodestudio.com.

Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry form, we may collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, organization name, and the message or project details you choose to provide.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, device information, browser information, pages visited, timestamps, and security logs needed to operate and protect the website.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry information to respond to your message, understand your project needs, prepare follow-up communication, and manage potential or active client relationships.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry form submissions for unrelated marketing lists unless you separately agree to that use.

Service Providers

We use Netlify Forms to receive and manage inquiry form submissions. Netlify may process submitted form data and related technical information as part of providing form handling and website hosting services.

Form inquiries may be sent to our Microsoft 365 business email inbox. We use Microsoft 365 business email services to send, receive, and store business email, so your communication may be processed through Microsoft services.

These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where they or their subprocessors operate. Information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

If an inquiry does not become an active client relationship, we may delete or archive the information when it is no longer needed.

Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No website, hosting platform, form provider, or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.

Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to ask what personal information we have about you, request a correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

We may need to retain certain information where required for legal, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business record purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking. The site may use necessary technical storage for site functionality, such as remembering the selected light or dark theme.

If that changes, we will update this policy to describe the tools used and the choices available to visitors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as our website, service providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
